Series Report for the 4th “Tiens Group Quality Month” Event

On September 2, 2011, a beautiful autumn day with fragrant orange osmanthus everywhere, we are gathering here to have another annual “Tiens Group Quality Month” event, whose theme is "Creating High Quality, Devoting High Quality, and Enjoying High Quality". As one of beginning activity of the event, the One-thousand-people Signing Ceremony got widespread feedback from Tiens employees. Those present at the ceremony include Group personnel above manager level, and personnel above director level in the China Region.

At the noon of September 2, presided by the general manager in the quality management center, the signing ceremony lifted the curtain on time. Chairman Li Jinyuan delivered a wonderful speech for the ceremony, which enabled the group management to have deeper understanding of the meaning of quality.

Afterwards, the Vice President of Tiens Group, as well as the general managers and the executives of various centers, led by Vice President Baiping, also signed their names and made a promise in terms of quality.

At last, the management of all Tiens departments signed their names actively and in an orderly manager as a promise.
